Helpdesk
For questions and support you can reach the TSD helpdesk by e-mail or fax. Most questions can be answered by phone. When the telephone conversaton doesn't contribute to the solution, our helpdesk employees are able to make a connection with your network system for online support. This connection can also be used for repairs, the installation of updates or an online demonstration.

The questions which our helpdesk employees have to answer are very diverse and complex due to the intensive developments in hardware and software programs. In order to keep the knowledge of our employees at a high level, all of our helpdesk employees are frequently trained.
